Order delivery time is divided into two parts:

• Processing time : order verification, quality control and packaging. Processing for shipping: 24-48 hours.

• Shipping time: shipping is done via Colissimo, letter followed, relay point and Chronopost. We guarantee fast delivery in France from 1 to 3 days following the validation of your order. Additional fees may be charged.
• International delivery usually takes 7-15 business days.
• Due to the international environment, Canada express delivery time may be delayed 6-10 days.

For international orders or orders where tracking does not exist, please verify that your tracking number is correct. Second: Make sure this is your tracking number, not your order number. Your tracking number will be emailed to you when your item is dispatched.If can't find it, please check your junk/spam folders as they're probably in there!
